Our Mission
The mission of New Hope Leadership Charter Academy is to provide methods through mentoring that would effectively serve at-risk youth by providing a personalized academic plan for a comprehensive education leading to opportunities to attain diploma and pursue future educational goals at higher institutions of learning or career employment that best suits their needs.
Our Goal
Our goal is help these youth complete their high school diploma and seek assistance with obtaining career employment or acceptance into a two or four year college or university. NHLCA prepares our youth academically and athletically by teaching student’s responsibility, discipline, respect, professionalism, job skills and a great work ethic.
Program Description
NHLCA will be a tuition-free public charter school that has partnered with South Carolina Preparatory Academy that will serve the Columbia/Midlands areas, whose main focus is on increasing learning opportunities for our students through personalized academic plans to assist those who have ran into problems in the traditional classroom or school environment and provide opportunities to advance their educational and employability skills. Our comprehensive education provides a holistic learning environment that focuses on the student’s success by offering daily interaction with caring adults.
We partner with families to provide an educational experience that applies to all of life for now and for their future.
